Admission to the college will be granted only after the candidate submits the duly completed admission form—which is attached with the application brochure—within the prescribed time frame. Incomplete forms or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
All candidates must ensure that the admission form is correctly filled and signed. Forms should be submitted in person to the Admission Officer or via any mode as directed by the college.
The fee has to be deposited for the entire session irrespective of the date of admission of the student. The first installment will be taken at the time of admission, the second installment in the month of September and the third installment in November or at the time of University examination form. The receipt of college fee should be kept safe and should be presented in the office if required. For not depositing the installments on time, a penalty will have to be paid as per the rules. Once the fee is taken, the fee of the applicant will not be refunded. All the students will be issued an Identity Card & Library Card along with the admission. In case of loss of the identity card, a new identity card can be obtained by paying a fee of Rs.50/-.
Scholarships are given to the girl students by the college administration. Apart from this, the Directorate of College Education, Government of Rajasthan provides scholarships under various categories. The college sends the necessary applications to the Directorate, the detailed information of which can be obtained from the office. Also, their information is also made available on the notice board from time to time. From the last session, some NGOs like “Sumedha”, Jaipur and “Jindal Trust”, Delhi have also provided scholarships ranging from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 15000 to about 25 girl students. Scholarships worth Rs. 60000/- have been provided to five science students. The last date for application is 25 September.
